Antrak Logistics Announces CEVA’s Acquisition of Fagioli Group

Antrak Logistics, as members of the CEVA Logistics Group, is pleased to announce the acquisition of acquire Fagioli Group, a globally renowned project logistics transport specialist. While the transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals, once completed, the acquisition of Fagioli would be another strong step forward for CEVA Logistics. We would significantly expand our capabilities across the entire project logistics value chain—from early-stage engineering through to final delivery and installation. CEVA already has a strong footprint in project logistics. By combining these strengths with Fagioli’s engineering excellence and execution capabilities, we would be able to offer technically enhanced, end-to-end solutions, reinforcing our presence in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. This move also fits perfectly within our broader strategic roadmap. Founded in 1955, Fagioli is widely recognized as a global leader in highly complex, large-scale cargo operations, including specialized hauling, heavy lifting and hoisting. With 2024 revenue of 216 million euros, the company brings deep industry know-how and strong customer relationships with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies and industrial clients around the world. Fagioli’s reputation in project logistics is well known in our industry, and their technical expertise and HSE commitment align well with our ambition to become a leading player in this specialized segment. Fagioli owns and leases thousands of pieces of heavy equipment that would allow us to directly execute even more complex and large-scale projects for our customers. The acquisition introduces approximately 450 highly skilled colleagues from Fagioli, including more than 40 specialized engineers. Their technical skills, operational experience and strong values would be a tremendous asset to our organization.
